 From Memorial Day to Labor Day, The Danville Country Club maintains a heated Olympic-sized swimming pool with a diving
area. A secure wading pool is also provided for younger children.
Sunbathing and lounging areas surround the pools with shaded tables for dining or snacks provided from either the snack bar or main food service kitchen in the Clubhouse.
The Red Cross certified Life Guards supervise the Club's swimming pool, providing swimming and diving security for children, teens and adults.
The Danville Country Club's Fighting Fish Swim Team, with over 120 children, provides a competitive yet fun environment each summer. The Fighting Fish are recognized in the Central Kentucky Swim Conference as one of the best swim teams in the area. The coaching staff is acknowledged as one of the reasons for our success.
The pool provides lanes for the swim team or for member exercise. Water volleyball is available for fun in the afternoons or evenings.
Spending the day or just relaxing after a day in the office, you will find the pool is a wonderful amenity of your membership for both exercise and relaxation.
